Educational Programs

The Adapt Series
The ADAPT Series is a multi-part education series focused on adaptive approaches to caregiving for those with dementia. These presentations will support and educate on relatable and practical modifications to everyday care. Each presentation provides 1 Social Work CEU.


Dementia Risk Reduction
The Dementia Risk Reduction Education Series is designed to help individuals understand and implement strategies to lower their risk of cognitive decline. While dementia cannot always be prevented, evidence suggests that adopting healthier lifestyle habits and managing certain risk factors can significantly reduce the likelihood of developing the condition. This series focuses on practical, research-based approaches to maintaining cognitive health and delaying potential disease progression.
Dementia Care Trainings for Nursing Homes
Trainings teach tips and strategies in redirection and behavior modification to increase nursing home staff’s knowledge and skills to serve residents in a person-centered care environment.
Support Programs
Care Partner Book Club
The Care Partner Book Club meets monthly to read and discuss books in a welcoming, supportive environment fore care partners. Through shared stories and conversation, participants gain insight, encouragement, and connection with others who understand the caregiving journey.
