Walk Volunteers

ABOUT THE WALK TO REMEMBER

The Walk to Remember is the largest event in the Greater Baton Rouge area to raise awareness regarding Alzheimer’s disease and funds

to support the programs and services Alzheimer’s Services provides to local families affected by Alzheimer’s or other memory-related impairments.

INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING?

Besides forming a team and raising funds, there are many volunteer opportunities for The Walk! Volunteers are the backbone of this event and allow Alzheimer’s Services to provide the largest awareness and fundraising event for Alzheimer’s in the Greater Baton Rouge area. Volunteers help set up for the event, man stations during the event, and assist with breaking down and cleaning up after the event.

If you are interested in volunteering to assist with The Walk, please complete a Volunteer Interest Form by clicking below. Charly Genco, Walk Volunteer Coordinator, will get in touch with you. Thank you for your interest in volunteering!
